I hope this post finds you fit, happy, and healthy! The year is quickly coming to an end and the holiday season will be upon us soon. This is typically the most difficult time of year for people to stay focused on their goals.
What about you?
Do you have a plan in place to make sure you end this year as healthy you can be?
Are you ready to make 2010 the year that you achieve your fitness goals?
Do you have a reliable and affordable resource to make sure that you will stay on track?
If you answered "no" to any of the questions above, I need to ask you a very simple question: WHY NOT?
If you aren't ready to make yourself a priority now, then will when you ever be ready? I understand that life can often get in the way of exercise and eating right. I have three small kids, three dogs, run this business and try to stay in touch with my friends and family. It all can be very demanding on your time and days can easily pass by before you realize that you didn't take any time for yourself.
The truth is nobody can make you take action. No one can make you take time for yourself. It's up to you. If you're not at your best, how can you hope to give others the best of you?
Spending 20 minutes a day to get your goals on track is not to much to ask of yourself. The benefits will carry over in all areas of life.
It's also a great excuse to sneak off from the in-laws if required.
Sincerely,
Tom Harvey
