The 12 Week Get Fit Challenge

 

 

Not able to attend a boot camp locally? Not a problem. I offer the 12 Week Get Fit Challenge Phase 1 remotely. All the exercises can be performed in your home or in your local gym. With a small investment in some exercise bands, fit ball, and dumbbells and you too can achieve the same results.


You will receive weekly emails from me containing the upcoming week’s strength and cardiovascular workouts. In addition you will receive the same nutritional information provided to the in person boot campers. You will be provided a meal plan guideline. You will have the ability to communicate with me via emails and monthly phone consultations.

So to summarize:

  • Weekly strength and cardiovascular workouts.
  • Weekly nutritional and fitness information.

  • Regular assessments reviewed by myself.
