Do You Train People Remotely or In Person?
I receive numerous emails a day asking a variety of questions. I received one this weekend and found it particularly interesting and I feel an extremely valid question.
The email I received simply asked:
"Do you have training sessions or is your program remote only?"
The answer to this question is very simple:
I train people remotely AND in person and in some situations both.
In Person 12 Week Get Fit Challenge Option
The In person version of the 12 Week Get Fit Challenge Phase 1 is ran as a bootcamp. The 12 Week Get Fit Bootcamp Phase 1 runs 4 days a week. You do have homework (i.e. workouts) that should be performed at home. This bootcamp is also run with a maximum of 6 participants. This allows me to keep the quality extremely high and flexible to meet your needs.
Remote 12 Week Get Fit Challenge Option
The reason I began to offer programs remotely and created this site was also simple. I was working with people remotely already, just not through a website. Since there seemed to be a need I decided to go forward and start offering programs to everyone.
How has this worked out so far? It has been an interesting process. I have used a number of products to provide the service that honestly cost too much and brought the cost of my programs to high; in my opinion. I prefer to have a connection with the people I work with even if remotely. This way I can guarantee their success. If I only offered a DVD or a book without my support your chances of success are much less. That would put me in the same category as everyone else simply selling programs. With that being said I work with you as closely as you need.
What happens if you have an exercise you can’t perform? We change it.
What happens if you don’t understand something in the program? I explain it.
What happens if you fall off the wagon? We get you back on track. No one is here to judge.
Do you provide workouts only? No! You are provided workouts, nutrition plans based on your needs, you are educated on exercise and nutrition science, and you have a coach in your corner.
